1st Half = Play very slowly
2nd Half = Play faster

The 2nd half of this movement is really awesome.  Although to play it on the cello,
you must tune the high string down 1 full step.  Even on the mandolin, playing it 
without doing that makes certain parts very difficult to play at the speed the piece 
was meant to be played.
